Hidden Quarry LPAT Hearing – Final arguments July 8 & 9

Local Planning Appeals Tribunal (LPAT) Member Scott Tousaw will hear final arguments relating to the proposed Hidden Quarry on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9, at 10:00 am at the Council Offices of Guelph Eramosa Township located at 8348 Wellington Road 124, just west of Brucedale. The presentation of evidence by all Parties concluded Tuesday, July 2.

The lawyers will make their arguments based on the past 6 weeks of evidence from 29 witnesses. The LPAT decision will be presented at a later, undetermined date after Mr. Tousaw has had time to review all the evidence and arguments.

The legal arguments will be presented in this order, beginning at 10 am on Monday, July 8. Given that each lawyer will speak for approximately 2 hours, it is possible that CRC lawyer Chris Barnett will speak on Tuesday morning.

2. Regional Municipality of Halton and Halton Hills – David Germain
3. Concerned Residents Coalition – Chris Barnett
